Head of Athena to right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves and palmette; on cheek, uncertain countermark. Rev. AΘE Owl standing right, head facing; to left, olive sprig and crescent; all within incuse square; to lower right, cross-shaped countermark. Kroll 8. Svoronos pls. 15-17 passim. Test cut on the reverse and with some scratches, otherwise, very fine.
