If within 10 days of purchase the customer is not satisfied with the goods received, he can return it.

All items must be received in the conditions of reception and fully intact, in their original packaging and documentation.
The buyer must cover any original package of the product with an additional protective covering that preserves the integrity and also protect it from writing or labels.
The right of withdrawal is void when there is no “essential integrity of the good” (packing and / or content) and / or in cases where it is established:
The lack of any outer packaging / original interior;
The integral elements of the product;
Use of the product that make it impossible to restore the pre-existing conditions to the sale;
Modifications and / or tampering with the product.
